Role Overview: Were hiring a QA Lead to oversee quality assurance for AI and GenAI initiatives in the insurance domain. You'll define test strategies, lead QA teams, and ensure model outputs meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA across AI/GenAI projects
  • Validate GenAI model behavior and relevance
  • Drive UAT and functional testing
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams
  • Track quality metrics and defect trends

Required Skills:

  • QA experience in insurance (claims, underwriting, policy admin)
  • GenAI testing (prompt output, hallucination checks)
  • Tools: ADO, JIRA, Postman, Selenium, TestRail
  • Strong API and automation testing skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership

Nice to Have:

  • ISTQB certification
  • Experience with ethical AI and model monitoring
