We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Assistant and Front Office Coordinator (Qualification Above 10th). This hybrid role is crucial in ensuring both clinical and administrative excellence to enhance the patient experience. The ideal candidate will seamlessly switch between chairside assistance and front-office duties with professionalism and a focus on patient care. This dental clinic is exclusively for children's from 0-19 years old

Clinical Responsibilities (Dental Assistant):

Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all necessary materials are available.

Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments by passing instruments, suctioning, and providing chairside support.

Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed.

Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions.

Maintain inventory and order dental supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA standards.

Administrative Responsibilities (Front Office):

Greet patients warmly, schedule appointments, and manage the office calendar.

Verify patient insurance benefits, process claims, and handle billing inquiries.

Collect co-pays and handle payments, ensuring accurate documentation.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general patient inquiries.

Manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth workflow and excellent patient service.
