We are seeking a Junior Bodyshop Advisor to join our team at Shital Motors Pvt Ltd, located in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks associated with the body shop, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in insurance claims processing (Mandatory skill), with the ability to manage claims documentation and liaise with insurance companies efficiently.
• Experience with automotive repair software to track vehicle repairs and service records accurately.
• Adept in using service estimation tools to provide accurate repair cost estimates and manage customer expectations.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively.
• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members, ensuring clear and effective information exchange.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations or challenges promptly and resourcefully.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure while managing multiple tasks and customer queries simultaneously.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth insurance claims processing by coordinating with insurance companies and customers for claim approvals.
• Prepare detailed repair estimates using service estimation tools, ensuring accuracy and transparency with customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule vehicle repairs and ensure timely completion of all work.
• Maintain comprehensive records of vehicle repairs and services rendered using automotive repair software.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on vehicle repair status and discuss repair options.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and coordinating with technicians for appropriate repairs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and continuously update skills and knowledge relevant to the automotive body shop sector.
