Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership:Manage the entire lifecycle of architectural projects, from initial client meetings and concept development to final construction and project closeout.
  • Team Management:Supervise, mentor, and coordinate junior architects and other project team members, delegating tasks and ensuring overall team efficiency.
  • Client Relations:Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding and fulfilling client requirements, and presenting design proposals.
  • Technical Oversight:Review and approve designs, ensuring they meet technical and aesthetic standards, as well as compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Budget & Schedule Management:Develop and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
  • Collaboration:Work with engineers, contractors, regulatory authorities, and other professionals to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
  • Quality Assurance:Implement quality control measures, conduct site visits, and ensure all deliverables meet the required standards.
  • Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per year
