Role Description: Sales and Service Engineer

Location:

Full-time, On-site positions available in:

Surat, Vapi, Gandhidham, Rajkot, Bharuch, Mumbai, and Bengaluru

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and skilled Sales and Service Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, installation, and repair services for our equipment and systems, while also supporting our sales efforts with your technical expertise. You will work closely with customers to ensure smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform field service activities including installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt and effective solutions.
  • Deliver technical support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Ensure proper documentation of service calls and maintain service records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service.
  • Report customer feedback and suggest improvements to product or service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical fields
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (Freshers with strong skills may be considered)
  • Skills:
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Hands-on experience with maintenance and repair of equipment
  • Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage field tasks efficiently
  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions
