We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Accountant / Accounts Associate to manage the financial operations of our distinguished hotel. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a hotel or hospitality setting and a strong grasp of industry-specific financial metrics.

​Responsibilities:

​The Hotel Accountant will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and reporting, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. Key duties include:

​Financial Reporting: Preparing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheets, P&L statements, and Cash Flow statements.

​General Ledger & Reconciliations: Maintaining the general ledger, performing monthly closing procedures, and reconciling all bank statements and key balance sheet accounts (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable).

​Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of the annual operating budget, as well as periodic forecasts, and analyzing variances.

​Revenue Management: Monitoring and analyzing daily hotel revenues and expenses, tracking key performance indicators such as ADR (Average Daily Rate) and RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room).

​Accounts Payable/Receivable: Overseeing the processing of invoices, ensuring timely vendor payments, and managing the hotel's accounts receivable and collections processes.

​Payroll & Compliance: Processing and controlling payroll, ensuring compliance with local taxation (e.g., GST, TDS) and labor laws.

​Auditing & Controls: Assisting with internal and external financial audits and ensuring all financial operations adhere to internal controls and hotel policies.

​Cost Management: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, recommend cost control measures, and optimize operational efficiency.

​Qualifications and Requirements:

​Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

​Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years specifically within the hotel or hospitality industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
