In this role at our organization, you will be a part of the Nutanix Cloud Manager team, focused on developing the next-generation platform for enterprises to model, develop, and manage applications. Collaboration with team members, including product managers, designers, and support engineers, is key to your success in defining user-friendly functionality, enhancing backend services performance, and ensuring uptime. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver a best-in-class user experience and develop robust microservices - Understand customer use cases and design innovative solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional team members - Define easy-to-use functionality and improve performance and scalability - Diagnose and debug issues in a microservices and distributed environment **Qualifications Required:** years of experience in Go, C , Java, or Python - Knowledge of TypeScript and familiarity with server-side languages and databases - Strong understanding of OS internals, distributed data management, and web-scale systems - Experience in building and managing web-scale applications - Proficiency in Linux, concurrency patterns, multithreading concepts, and debugging techniques - Working experience with storage, networking, virtualization (Nutanix, VMware, KVM), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), databases (SQL & NoSQL), and messaging technologies (NATS, Kafka, Pulsar) This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work benefits with in-person collaboration. Most positions require at least 3 days per week in the office, with some roles potentially needing more frequent in-office presence.
