About the Role

We are looking for a
detail-oriented Talent Screening & Validation Lead
who loves working with people, processes, and profiles In this role, you'll be the
quality gatekeeper
for candidate submissions – ensuring resumes are accurate, aligned to client needs, and delivered on time. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to make sure every profile we send out meets the highest standards.

What You'll Do

  • Review and validate candidate resumes to ensure accuracy of skills and experience.
  • Match profiles against defined job requirements for both
    IT and non-IT roles
    .
  • Coordinate with internal teams and candidates to collect missing details or resolve discrepancies.
  • Keep trackers and dashboards updated for smooth reporting.
  • Deliver high-quality validated profiles to stakeholders within deadlines.
  • Drive outreach campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms to source and validate talent.
  • Ensure a
    great candidate and stakeholder experience
    through clear communication.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience
    in candidate screening, validation, or recruitment operations.
  • Strong exposure to
    US/UK/APAC/EMEA recruitment
    .
  • Hands-on experience with tools like
    SuccessFactors, Workday, Croma
    (or similar HR platforms).
  • Proficiency in
    Google Suite
    (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides) and
    MS Office
    .
  • Ability to spot inconsistencies in resumes with a
    keen eye for detail
    .
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially for professional email coordination.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude – able to work independently while being a great team player.
