We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and passionate PHY SW Team Manager for the research and development of advanced and cutting-edge cellular communication solutions for our 4G products.
What you'll do:- Lead a team responsible for real-time Physical Layer Software in our 4G products.
- Take an active role in the full development life cycle of PHY features, from initial design through to integration in an end-to-end system.
- Hands-on involvement in architecture, implementation, validation, testing, and integration.
- Previous experience of management or technical leadership within SW development teams.
- Strong background in digital signal processing or physical layer of cellular technologies; 4G technology strong advantage.
- Experience in wireless communication systems.
- Good working knowledge of C and/or C .
- Experience of RT Software Development in a Linux environment on multi-processor platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, team worker, and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize work.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Fluency in English.
- BSc. in Communication Engineering, Computer/SW Engineering, Signal Processing, or other relevant Engineering discipline.
- MSc. in any of the above advantage.
