We are seeking a
Head-Digital Transformation
for one of our clients to lead their enterprise-wide digital journey. This is a pivotal leadership role that will drive innovation, process excellence, and technology adoption across the organization.

Location
: Coimbatore, India

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap.
  • Lead ERP implementation, cloud architecture, and business automation initiatives.
  • Drive customer-centric process transformation and digital adoption across functions.
  • Collaborate with leadership, IT vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Build a culture of innovation leveraging tools such as AI, ML, and CRM.

Role Requirements

  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or enterprise automation.
  • Postgraduate qualification (BE/MCA/MBA or equivalent) from Tier-1/2 institutes.
  • Strong expertise in process management, IT systems, and digital adoption.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale digital initiatives and leading diverse teams.
  • Retail industry experience will be an added advantage.
