Our client, a real-estate focused start-up is looking for a motivated individual to join their team. The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the investment and asset management activities of the fund. Experience: 3-5 years in real estate, AIF, private equity, investment banking, or related fieldsKey Responsibilities:1. Financial Modelling and Valuation

  • Build detailed financial models to assess project feasibility and returns (IRR, NPV, etc.).
  • Perform valuation of real estate assets and portfolios based on established methodologies.
  • Prepare cash flow projections and investment performance metrics.2.

Due Diligence

  • Collaborate with legal, technical, and compliance teams for thorough due diligence of projects and developers.
  • Assess land titles, regulatory approvals, and project risks.3.

Portfolio Monitoring

  • Monitor the performance of ongoing investments and ensure compliance with fund objectives.
  • Analyse project progress reports, budgets, and timelines to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.4.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for the Investment Committee.
  • Support periodic reporting to investors, including fund performance updates.5.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with developers, financial institutions, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate investments.
  • Assist in investor relations by addressing queries and preparing communication materials.

Educational Background:

  • MBA / CA / CFA (preferred).
