Job Description

  • Analyze business and functional requirements to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP applications.

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, PP, BW, etc.).

  • Validate configuration, workflows, and data flows in SAP systems.

  • Execute test cases in SAP GUI, Fiori, or web interfaces, and record results in test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, Worksoft, Tricentis Tosca).

  • Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools and work with functional and technical teams for resolution.

  • Participate in end-to-end business process testing, including data migration, batch jobs, and interface validations with non-SAP systems.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist business users in testing activities.

  • Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP functional testing or SAP QA roles.

  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes (preferably one or more of FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM, PP, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Jira, TestRail) and automation tools (e.g., Worksoft Certify, Tricentis Tosca, SAP CBTA) is a plus.
