Job Title: Waiter

Location: Lohri – Premium Punjabi Dining

Job Description:

As a waiter at Lohri, you will deliver warm, attentive, and professional service that reflects Punjabi hospitality and enhances the premium dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests, presenting the menu, making recommendations, and ensuring orders are served accurately and promptly. A strong knowledge of Punjabi cuisine and beverages, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and provide recommendations highlighting Punjabi specialties.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve dishes in a timely and polished manner, ensuring premium service standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing special requests or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fine dining or premium restaurant service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about Punjabi cuisine and culture.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
