Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services, answer queries, and generate sales or appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote products/services or gather information.

Handle inbound customer inquiries in a professional manner.

Explain product or service features clearly and persuasively.

Maintain a database of customer information and update call records accurately.

Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.

Work with the sales or customer support team to close leads when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role is preferred.

Excellent verbal communication skills in [insert languages as needed, e.g., English, Hindi].

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software).

Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer service training is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Multilingual ability is an advantage.

Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role.
