Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based out of multiple locations for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will actively engage with prospective and current customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, delivering product presentations, providing excellent customer service, identifying new sales opportunities, and coordinating with team members for smooth sales operations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient customer service abilities to address client inquiries and build relationships
  • Expertise in sales strategies and techniques, with a proven ability to achieve targets
  • Experience in sales management and training team members
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the plywood or construction materials industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
