Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Gurgaon, India (Hybrid)

Your Mission: Architect the CI/CD Superhighway
Your mission is to build and run the automated platform that empowers hundreds of software engineers to deliver their best work, fast. You will be a key architect of our Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) processes, turning our infrastructure into scalable, secure, and resilient code.

• You won't just participate in CI/CD; you will architect it, constantly exposing weaknesses and automating improvements.
• You will design innovative solutions using tools like Terraform, Puppet, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• You will develop automation strategies for our hybrid environment, spanning private data centers (VMWare, HyperV) and public clouds (AWS, Azure).
• You will own and automate our Ubuntu-based Linux environments, making them more robust and efficient.
• You will collaborate with, teach, and learn from a talented team of infrastructure and software engineers to solve complex challenges.

• You are a systems thinker, with 5+ years of experience in either software development or advanced systems administration.
• You see manual processes as bugs that need to be fixed with clean, efficient code.
• You are a natural teacher and mentor, with experience providing technical guidance to other engineers.
• You have expert-level diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• You understand that mission-critical systems require shared ownership, which includes participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Your Toolkit Includes Expertise In:

• CI/CD: Expert-level experience with at least one major CI server like Jenkins.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Puppet, or Chef.
• Containerization: A strong understanding of Docker, and ideally, Kubernetes.
• Scripting: Solid experience in multiple scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
• Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS or Azure.
• Version Control: Deep familiarity with Git and platforms like GitHub.
• Observability: Experience with setting up and configuring the ELK Stack is a major plus.
