Workdays Technical Integration Consulting teams are driven by a passion for our products and the success of our customers in implementing our best-in-class cloud solutions. The Associate Technical Consultant Intern works closely with the clients project team to design, develop, and deploy a customers various technical requirements.

As a member of the Integration Consultant team, youll play a key role in enabling customers to achieve system integrations between a customers Workday system and their 3rd party enterprise applications. Using Workdays own enterprise-class technology, you will convert technical integration requirements to appropriate architectural decisions in Workday and build, test and ultimately deploy those integrations into production.

As an Intern, you will complete the instructor lead Workday Pro Integrations Services Certification and undertake further Specialist Certification training. Once certified, youll supplement your initial product findings through active project engagements:

In these projects you will:

• Capture and understand your clients business requirements and demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems.
• Configure and test the Workday solution.
• Provide status reports and keep the engagement managers informed of overall project status.
• Assist the functional consulting team building integrations which overlap with functional design or business process operations.
• Ensure the client is reference-able once in production.

You will become efficient at processing and analyzing sophisticated information, making strategic decisions, and delivering innovative solutions. You will work closely with multi-functional teams, share your knowledge and coach new team members.

About You

This role will require an equal mix of business-facing and technical development skills (were business consultants who also design and code configure the solutions):

Basic Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, with an anticipated graduation date of June/July 2026
• Must be able to commit to the full duration of the 23 week internship (Start Date: Feb 9, 2026) in Heredia, Costa Rica
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Knowledge of software deployment life cycle and testing practices

Other Qualifications

• Implementation experience with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft or similar Finance, HCM and CRM applications preferred
• Understanding of integration patterns, data manipulation and transmission, including optimization for creating maximum efficiencies in speed and performance
• Understanding of APIs, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT
• Understanding of business process analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills both technically and functionally.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
• Resourceful and adaptable.
