Job Description:

Are you passionate about food innovation and love experimenting with new flavors and textures? Zesti Fusion is seeking a creative and enthusiastic New Product Development Specialist who is a true foodie at heart and eager to bring fresh ideas to life.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in frozen food product development, including skills with battering, ice cream, caking, and more. You will be responsible for developing and testing innovative frozen food products, ensuring quality and taste meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop new frozen food products from concept to launch.


• Experiment with battering techniques, ice cream formulations, and baking/caking.


• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product feasibility and compliance.


• Stay updated on food trends and customer preferences to drive innovation.


• Conduct sensory evaluations and refine products based on feedback.

Qualifications:


• Experience in frozen food product development or related food manufacturing.


• Knowledge of food safety standards and quality controls.


• A true foodie mindset with a passion for trying and creating new culinary experiences.


• Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively.
