About the Role

We are looking for confident, Hindi and English-speaking tele sales executives to connect with parents who have shown interest in our online chess programs. You'll be responsible for sharing program details, scheduling demo classes, and guiding families through the enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Send WhatsApp messages to interested parents
  • Call and explain program details
  • Schedule and remind about demo classes
  • Share feedback and follow up for enrolment
  • Track daily lead progress in a Google Sheet

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Own laptop and stable internet connection
  • Prior tele sales or customer calling experience preferred
  • Female candidates encouraged to apply

Earning Potential (Commission-Based)

You'll earn a fixed amount for every successful enrolment. Here are a few examples:

  • 1 enrolment per day (30/month) → Approx. ₹15,000/month
  • 2 enrolments per day (60/month) → Approx. ₹35,000/month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹40,000.00 per month
