We are seeking a AI Platform Architect to lead the design and development of advanced, agentic AI platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with modern AI orchestration frameworks and cloud-based AI services, specializing in building scalable, intelligence-driven architectures.

Designing multi-agent systems, defining agent communication protocols, and creating advanced autonomous task flows. You will architect solutions using Agentic AI, integrating enterprise-grade LLMs and intelligence layers. The position requires leadership in guiding engineering teams, shaping platform strategy, and ensuring production-grade reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

AI Platform Architecture & Design

  • Architect and design foundational AI platforms with modular, scalable, and extensible intelligence layers.
  • Define platform components including orchestration flows, memory management, reasoning layers, model integration, and monitoring pipelines.
  • Establish architectural best practices for building and deploying agentic systems.

Framework Expertise

  • Lead development efforts using LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith, leveraging them for agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability.
  • Design and optimize workflows for reliability, latency, and production readiness.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate business needs into AI platform capabilities.
  • Provide architectural guidance, conduct reviews, and mentor teams on agentic AI best practices.
