Role Overview
We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-oriented SEO Specialist who thrives on turning strategy into real-world growth. In this key role, you'll be responsible for executing high-impact SEO initiatives for specific products. Your focus will be on securing top rankings for high-volume, commercially valuable keywords, driving increased organic traffic, and ultimately boosting revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Initiative Execution: Proactively manage and execute a pipeline of high-impact SEO initiatives derived from the overall growth roadmap. Ensure timely, effective deployment and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
  • Advanced Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (e.g., crawlability, indexability, site speed, schema). Partner with engineering and product teams to prioritize and implement technical fixes, focusing on Core Web Vitals, site architecture, JavaScript rendering (CSR/SSR), and log file analysis.
  • Keyword Strategy & Content Implementation: Oversee the tactical implementation of our keyword strategy across all web properties. Collaborate closely with content and product marketing teams to ensure all new and existing assets are optimized for target queries, user intent, and semantic relevance.
  • On-Page & Conversion Optimization: Systematically optimize all on-page elements (metadata, headers, content structure, and internal linking) to improve ranking potential. Analyze the organic user journey and collaborate with the CRO/UX team to design and implement SEO-driven A/B tests aimed at improving conversion rates from organic traffic.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and advanced SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). Prepare detailed performance reports that communicate results, identify performance gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Off-Page Strategy Execution: Execute targeted off-page SEO and link-building campaigns in alignment with strategic goals. Manage the outreach and quality assurance process to acquire high-authority, relevant backlinks and enhance domain authority.
  • Competitive & Algorithm Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and SERP environment to analyze competitor strategies and identify new opportunities or threats. Implement necessary adjustments in response to Google algorithm updates to mitigate risk and capitalize on new ranking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-7 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in SEO, with a proven track record of executing strategies that led to significant, sustainable organic traffic and revenue growth.
  • Quantifiable Results: Demonstrated experience managing SEO for enterprise-level websites (e.g., 500k+ monthly organic visits or large-scale e-commerce/SaaS platforms). Must be able to provide examples of securing top-tier (Top 3) rankings for high-competition, high-value keywords.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expert proficiency with the modern SEO tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and advanced crawlers (e.g., Screaming Frog, Sitebulb).
  • Technical Acumen: Strong practical knowledge of technical SEO principles and implementation (e.g., , Hreflang, canonicalization, redirect management, and debugging rendering issues).
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate them into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical requirements to engineering teams and present performance data and strategic recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points

  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology environment.
  • Experience with programmatic SEO, international SEO (multilingual/multiregional sites).
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript, sufficient for debugging and providing clear developer guidance.

We are a virtual-first company and have employees dispersed throughout the United States, Canada, India, Israel, Germany, and the Netherlands. We have a market-based pay structure that varies by location. The base pay for this position is dependent on multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed. You may also be eligible to participate in our bonus program and may be offered benefits, and other types of compensation.
