The Premier Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by managing and growing a portfolio of high net-worth clients. They are responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through sales and wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with high net-worth clients
- Providing personalized financial advice and wealth management solutions
- Understanding clients' financial goals and risk tolerance
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities for banking and investment products
- Implementing strategies to expand the client base through referrals and networking
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service
- Monitoring and managing the performance of client portfolios
- Conducting regular portfolio reviews and financial planning sessions
- Keeping abreast of market trends and investment opportunities
- Adhering to regulatory and compliance standards
- Meeting revenue targets and KPIs
- Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Contributing to the development of client retention strategies
- Participating in promotional activities and events to enhance the brand's visibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Branch Branking, overall 2-4 years experience
- Work knowledge of Relationship management
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing high net-worth clients
- In-depth knowledge of investment products, regulatory requirements, and market trends
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide strategic advice
- Sound understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and integrity
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Flexibility to travel and attend client meetings as required
- Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous
