The Premier Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in the organization by managing and growing a portfolio of high net-worth clients. They are responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through sales and wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with high net-worth clients
  • Providing personalized financial advice and wealth management solutions
  • Understanding clients' financial goals and risk tolerance
  • Identifying cross-selling opportunities for banking and investment products
  • Implementing strategies to expand the client base through referrals and networking
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service
  • Monitoring and managing the performance of client portfolios
  • Conducting regular portfolio reviews and financial planning sessions
  • Keeping abreast of market trends and investment opportunities
  • Adhering to regulatory and compliance standards
  • Meeting revenue targets and KPIs
  • Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely manner
  • Contributing to the development of client retention strategies
  • Participating in promotional activities and events to enhance the brand's visibility
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Branch Branking, overall 2-4 years experience
  • Work knowledge of Relationship management
  • Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing high net-worth clients
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, regulatory requirements, and market trends
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to meet targets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial information and provide strategic advice
  • Sound understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and integrity
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
  • Flexibility to travel and attend client meetings as required
  • Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous
