  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors across various service lines.
  • Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance against agreed-upon key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Provide guidance on TPRM best practices to internal teams and external partners.
