We are seeking a passionate
Content Developer
with strong subject expertise in
Biology and Chemistry
to create high-quality curriculum resources, lesson plans, and assessments tailored for school students (Grades 6–10, with expansion to Grades 11–12).

Responsibilities

Assessment Creation:

  • Create engaging formative and summative assessments (quizzes, worksheets, MCQs, HOTS, application-based problems).
  • Ensure assessments test
    conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and application
    rather than rote memorization.
  • Develop grading rubrics, answer keys, and automated evaluation logic (where needed).

Content Innovation:

  • Suggest interactive experiments, simulations, and activities for practical learning.
  • Incorporate latest pedagogy trends (inquiry-based learning, gamification, case studies).

Quality & Alignment:

  • Ensure accuracy, originality, and age-appropriateness of content.

Requirements

  • Strong academic background in
    Biology and Chemistry
    (Bachelor's/Master's/PhD preferred).
  • Preferred Teaching background.
  • Prior experience in
    content development and assessment creation
    for school-level education.
  • Familiarity with
    CBSE/ICSE
    curriculum frameworks.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging, student-friendly learning experiences.
  • Creative thinking and passion for educational innovation.
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
