Job Description –Senior Salesforce Developer

Experience Range: 5–6 Years

Hiring Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Chennai/Kochi/Trivandrum/Bangalore

Must Have Skills

• Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce, LWC, SOQL
• 3–5+ years of strong hands-on Salesforce development and customization experience

• Proven hands-on experience in Salesforce development using:

• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce

• JavaScript frameworks

• Strong expertise in building and optimizing:

• Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Auto-Launched, Screen Flows)

• Lightning Record Pages, Dynamic Forms, Lightning App Builder

• Strong understanding of:

• Salesforce data model, security model

• Deployment practices

• Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP, middleware)

• Ability to develop and maintain:

• Apex Triggers, Batch Classes, Scheduled Jobs

• REST/SOAP APIs

• Hands-on experience with:

• Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

• Experience Cloud (desirable)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for onsite/offshore coordination

• Ability to explain end-to-end configuration and implementation details
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology

• Required Certifications:

• Platform Developer 1 (PD1)

• App Builder Certification

• Familiarity with Experience Cloud
• Knowledge of Agent Force and Data Cloud

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
• Customize and configure Salesforce using Lightning App Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Process Automation tools

• Build and maintain:

• Apex Triggers

• Batch Classes
• Scheduled Jobs

• REST/SOAP APIs

• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom UI components
• Participate in code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices
• Support integration of Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems
• Keep up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and new releases
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute in sprint ceremonies
• Provide support during UAT, deployment, and post-deployment stages
• Monitor and resolve issues to ensure system stability and performance
