Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Generative AI Creative Specialist
who is passionate about creativity, AI tools, and marketing. The role requires a mix of
prompt engineering, design vision, and AI tool mastery
to develop high-quality graphic and video content for our clients. You will lead the adoption of emerging AI tools in design and editing, ensuring Podosphere stays ahead in the creative marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, test, and implement the latest
    AI tools
    for
    graphic designing, content creation, and video editing
    .
  • Write, refine, and optimize
    AI prompts
    to generate creative and high-quality outputs.
  • Develop
    graphics, illustrations, animations, and short-form videos
    using AI-powered design and editing platforms.
  • Collaborate with the
    design team, marketing team, and content creators
    to ensure creative outputs align with campaign goals.
  • Maintain a repository of prompts, tools, and best practices for consistent creative delivery.
  • Stay updated with
    new AI launches, features, and trends
    in the market to ensure Podosphere remains at the forefront of AI-powered creativity.
  • Work with performance marketers and social media managers to tailor creatives for
    different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
    .
  • Ensure a high
    creative output count
    by optimizing workflows through AI.
  • Provide
    training and guidance
    to internal teams on using AI creatively.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong expertise in
    prompt engineering
    for text-to-image and text-to-video tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    AI tools
    such as MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway ML, Kaiber, Pika Labs, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, OpusClip, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms.
  • Creativity-first mindset with a strong sense of
    design, storytelling, and marketing relevance
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    video editing software (AI + traditional tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    content trends, meme culture, and platform-specific creative requirements
    .
  • Ability to
    experiment with new AI tools quickly
    and integrate them into production pipelines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with creative and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Design, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field
    (preferred but not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
  • Minimum
    1–3 years of experience
    in creative design, content production, or AI-based content creation.
  • Proven portfolio of
    AI-generated visuals/videos
    showcasing creativity and technical ability.
