Role & Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day pharmacy/store operations.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and Drug Control/PCI regulations.
  • Handle billing, cash management, GRN, stock entry, and inventory accuracy.
  • Assist customers with correct medication guidance and maintain service quality.
  • Maintain store hygiene, documentation, and support sales & operational targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • D.Pharm / B.Pharm with valid PCI registration (mandatory).
  • Karnataka (Bangalore & Mysore): KSPCI licence required.
  • Tamil Nadu (Chennai): TNPCI licence required.
  • Freshers to 6+ years of experience in pharmacy retail.

  • Basic local language knowledge is required

  • Kannada for Karnataka locations

  • Tamil – for Chennai locations

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Basic knowledge of medicines, dosage, and inventory handling.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
