Within Global Consulting Services, The Offerings & Assets team advances the Firm's strategy by focusing on key initiatives and collaborating with other GCS pillar teams to expedite strategic projects. They streamline platform operations, create new operating models, and ensure seamless platform integration. Deloitte's asset-enabled offerings are technology-driven solutions designed to address clients' business challenges and unlock future opportunities innovatively.

Overview of the role

The professional will act as a strategic enabler and advisor to Global Consulting Services Leaders, driving executive decision making. They will enable global leaders to make strategic decisions that translates into marketplace impact and growth. The professional will help accelerate execution of our Global Consulting Services strategic agenda by delivering high impact strategic projects, simplifying and streamlining operations (reporting, PMO activities etc.), creating compelling and transparent leadership communications to solve the most complex challenges in exponentially powerful ways.

Work you'll do

The professional will work with the India colleagues and senior leaders across Global Consulting Services practice. They will need to develop a knowledge of the firm's Consulting Services business, its strategic priorities to enable sharing of insights, trends, and escalation of issues/variances as appropriate. The professional will own sensing of new opportunities, analyse quantitative and qualitative data, lead and coach team of junior practitioners, and proactively communicate with stakeholders. They will be required to demonstrate solid project management skills and constantly partner with senior leaders to drive global alignment around strategic priorities. The teams' projects are typically high-impact and high-visibility aligned to the Global firm and Consulting Services leadership's strategic priorities. Projects often involve collaboration across workstreams to ensure coordination and alignment.

Key responsibilities

• • Oversee the Global Consulting Services Asset Portfolio Management program, maintaining the most current view of assets across the global network in collaboration with the Global Offering Portfolio Leaders, the Global Offering Portfolio CoS, and the Global Offering Portfolio Asset Business Leaders.
• Advising on asset rationalization and prioritization based on:
• o Strategic fit
• o Sales and pipeline insights
• o Asset adoption and cross-border sales insights
• • Leading Periodic review of the portfolio assets and actionable insights:
• o Performing assets – Assets in the portfolio which are performing well
• • Strong core consulting skills – project management, senior stakeholder engagement, verbal and written communication, managing multiple priorities given aggressive timelines, influence outcomes, follow up effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
• Comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment; flexibility to manage projects across time zones, accustomed to working in teams (incl. virtual teams) and adapt certain approaches to different cultures and working styles.
• Familiarity with Deloitte organization and proven ability to navigate and coordinate across networks, especially across geographies, industries, and/or offerings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and teaming skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships and influence superiors and peers in a large and complex global organization
• Advanced project management skills and demonstrated experience successfully managing a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate quantitative and qualitative analyses into clear messages for the audience
• Experience in financial analysis and data analytics (MS Excel), with the ability to identify innovative tools and approaches to enhance reporting and insight generation for the business.
• High-level understanding of asset business models and asset enabled business lifecycle
• Previous market/client-facing experience and client pursuits/selling a plus
• Technology literacy is required.

o Underperforming assets - Assets which need to be flagged for leadership's attention due to lack of performance

o Opportunities to bolster the portfolio - Assets that can potentially be included in the portfolio based on their global use case and market potential

Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing

We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.

• • Academic qualification: Master's Degree like MBA
• Work experience: 9+ years of relevant experience
• Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms
• Location: Hyderabad
• Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
• Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM and 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (expected to be flexible with different time zones)
• Hybrid working: The individual is expected to come to the base location office at least 2 days a week as per the hybrid plan
