We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our team in the Hospitality industry, specifically with Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in South Indian cuisine and 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Develop menus and recipes showcasing expertise in South Indian cuisine.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation.
  • Participate in menu development and tasting to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine and its techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality.
