  • Strong problem solving skills to drive resolution of defects & issues by understanding client needs & presenting options to resolve the issues;
  • Ability to independently drive tasks/topics from requirement to solution implementation;
  • Proven experience in delivering presentations/training sessions;
  • Have proven experience in working in multicultural and geographically-distributed teams
