Job Description: AM/Deputy Manager

We are looking for an experienced AM/Deputy Manager to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in PHP, MySQL, and MSSQL, along with excellent leadership and project management skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of PHP developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using PHP and related technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for MySQL and MSSQL databases.
• Ensure the team adheres to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to applications and databases.
• Plan and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in PHP development, databases, and team management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in PHP development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Expertise in MySQL and MSSQL, including database design and query optimization.
• Strong knowledge of CodeIgniter  PHP frameworks.
• Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
• Excellent understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., , React, or Angular).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of application security and performance optimization.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
