Role Overview:

Supports all placement-related operations, documentation, and coordination efforts for MSU's Sikkim campus. This role ensures smooth execution of employer interactions, placement drives, and student support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling and managing placement drives.
• Coordinate with employers for logistics, documentation, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate placement records and student profiles.
• Track interviews, offers, and feedback cycles.
• Support placement reporting, dashboards, and event planning.
  Liaise with students to ensure timely participation and document readiness.

Key Metrics

• Accuracy of placement data and reporting.
• Number of drives and employer events executed.
• Process turnaround time for placement coordination.
  Student and recruiter satisfaction feedback.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in university or skilling operations.
• Familiarity with higher education or placement processes in Sikkim.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
  Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred.
