We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mess Manager to oversee the smooth functioning of the school dining facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure hygienic food preparation, efficient meal service, proper inventory control, and overall satisfaction of students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the school mess, including meal planning, preparation, and serving.
  • Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly maintained in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and vendors for timely procurement and delivery of food items.
  • Monitor food stock, manage inventory, and minimize wastage.
  • Maintain records of daily consumption, purchases, and expenses.
  • Plan balanced and nutritious menus in consultation with the school administration.
  • Supervise cleanliness, discipline, and punctuality among mess staff.
  • Handle feedback or complaints related to food or service effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Support during school events, special occasions, and student programs requiring catering arrangements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in mess/canteen management, preferably in a school or educational setup.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Good knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and hygiene standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,603, ₹3,071,936.11 per year
