Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admission Counselor to join our team. The Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing information about our courses, and assisting them in making informed decisions about their educational journey with Lightbeam Classes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive information to prospective students about Lightbeam Classes' programs, courses, and admission requirements.
  • Guide students through the admissions process, including assisting with application forms, documentation, and payment procedures.
  • Conduct virtual consultations and presentations to prospective students and their parents/guardians.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents/guardians to understand their needs and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in educational policies to effectively advise students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in admissions counseling, student recruitment, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools and platforms.
  • Passion for education and commitment to student success.
