We are seeking a
Furniture Production Manager

for a
luxury interiors and bespoke furniture studio

to lead the end-to-end production operations in
Delhi

. This role is perfect for professionals with a passion for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the complete production cycle - from design handover to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full production cycle: design handoff, material procurement, manufacturing, finishing, quality checks, packing & dispatch.
  • Create and monitor production schedules to ensure on-time deliveries with uncompromised quality.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to align production with timelines and budgets.
  • Implement efficient workflows, process improvements, and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor production teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain strict quality control across finishes, materials, and detailing.
  • Manage cost control, material usage, inventory, and vendor performance.
  • Ensure workplace safety and smooth functioning of machinery and equipment.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in furniture production / operations within luxury or bespoke interiors.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, hardware, and high-end detailing.
  • Proven track record in handling multiple projects and production schedules.
  • Leadership skills to manage teams and workshop operations.
  • Process-oriented, analytical mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
