Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-availability infrastructure across 24×7×365 operations
• Architect and manage scalable, secure Kubernetes clusters (k8s/k3s) in production
• Develop scripts in Python, PowerShell, and Bash to automate infrastructure operations
• Develop robust monitoring and proactive alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Monitor
• Drive security-first operations with automated policy enforcement, RBAC, and threat modeling
• Support both development and operations pipelines for continuous delivery
• Manage infrastructure components including Artifactory, Nginx, Apache, and IIS
• Optimize performance, availability, and cost across cloud environments
• Build and manage Azure DevOps Release Pipelines for production-grade deployment automation
• Integrate infrastructure-as-code (IaC) workflows into Azure DevOps using ARM, Terraform, or Bicep
• Drive compliance-readiness across HIPAA, FDA, ISO, SOC2

Must-Have Skills

• 3–9 years in SRE or infrastructure engineering roles with hands-on ownership
• Proven experience running 24×7 production systems that cannot fail
• Kubernetes (k8s/k3s) production-grade deployments
• Scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash
• CI/CD tooling: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Bamboo, GitHub Actions
• Deep knowledge of monitoring, observability, and incident response
• Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud and hybrid environments
• Tooling experience: Artifactory, Nginx, Apache, IIS
• Performance, availability, and cost-efficiency tuning for large-scale distributed systems
• Background in regulated environments (HIPAA, FDA, ISO, SOC2)
• Experience supporting multi-platform environments (Linux, Windows, containers)
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform, ARM, or Bicep
• Exposure to zero-downtime deployment strategies and blue/green rollouts

Nice-to-Have Skills
