Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Owner will oversee the overall operations and management of the company's water treatment plants and services. Responsibilities include ensuring the effective delivery of O&M services, managing client relationships, leading the workforce, and guiding strategy and business development efforts. The Owner will be actively involved in decision-making, regulatory compliance, resource management, and financial oversight to drive company growth and uphold service excellence.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering

B.Com (Hons)

MBA in Finance
.

  • Leadership and Management: Ability to manage teams, oversee operations, and drive strategic initiatives
  • Technical Expertise: Experience in water treatment technologies such as ETP, STP, WTP, RO, DM, and IR plants
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of compliance requirements and regulations for water and wastewater treatment
  • Business Development: Skills in client relations, contract negotiation, and expanding service offerings
  • Operational Oversight: Ability to ensure plant efficiency through process optimization and performance monitoring
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong verbal and written communication capabilities with excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the region and its market dynamics is a plus
