Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Manager at Maliyakkal Roller Flour Mills(P) LTD. in Kochi. The Plant Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control, and staffing. Qualifications

  • Experience in Production Management and Operations
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Experience in the milling or food production industry is a plus
  • Hindi speaking ability
