About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Java Developer
with 5+ years of strong hands-on expertise in building scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of
Kafka, MongoDB, and Redis
, along with a solid foundation in Java development, microservices, and performance optimization. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain
    Java-based applications
    with high scalability and performance.
  • Implement
    real-time data streaming solutions
    using
    Apache Kafka
    .
  • Work with
    MongoDB
    for NoSQL database design, optimization, and integration.
  • Manage
    caching and performance improvements
    using
    Redis
    .
  • Develop and maintain
    RESTful APIs
    and microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices, and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years
    of professional experience as a
    Java Developer
    .
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of
    Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
    .
  • Expertise in
    Apache Kafka
    (producers, consumers, streams, and clusters).
  • Proficiency in
    MongoDB
    (data modeling, queries, indexing).
  • Solid understanding of
    Redis
    for caching and performance tuning.
  • Good knowledge of
    REST APIs, JSON, and distributed systems
    .
  • Experience with
    version control (Git)
    and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
