Analyst - Billing - UAE

What you'll be doing:

• Create billing drafts, review, obtain approval, and ensure that billing meets clients guidelines.
• Analyse Unbilled and coordinate a resolution of any items that are in question
• Maintain billing and invoice delivery guideline information for assigned clients
• Miscellaneous projects and duties as requested by management
• Provide solutions to any relative problems on billing of client invoices
• Handling customer complaints and resolving billing issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Prepare and present analytical reports
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Able to take responsibility proactively during team crisis and be a helping hand for achieving the team goal

What you'll need:

• Job Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai
• Should be open for UAE Shift - 11AM - 8PM or UK Shift - 1.30PM Onwards
• BCom degree in Finance, Accounting or MBA in Finance
• Minimum 3-5years experience into Billing process
• Knowledge of the methods, principles, and practices of Billing.
• Adherence to laws and best practices in regard to dealing with customers and data
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
• Proficiency in English
• Organizational and time-management skills
