We're Hiring: Web & App Developer – Kolkata (Full-Time)

BrandIT Consultancy is looking for a dedicated and creative Web & App Developer to join our team in Kolkata. If you have hands-on experience in website and mobile app development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, WordPress, Flutter, and Dart—along with strong logical thinking and design skills—this role is a great opportunity to grow in a dynamic digital environment.

Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position located in Kolkata. Internship or part-time applicants will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Work on WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionality as per client needs
  • Develop mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS platforms
  • (Optional) Integrate APIs for connecting apps or websites with third-party services
  • Use PHP and MySQL for backend development and data management
  • Optimize web and app performance, speed, and user experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to websites or mobile apps
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align UI/UX goals

Requirements

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL
  • Knowledge of WordPress development and customization
  • Experience in Flutter and Dart for cross-platform app development
  • Strong problem-solving, logical reasoning, and design sense
  • Understanding of responsive design and mobile usability
  • Basic awareness of SEO and web optimization principles
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 6 months of professional experience in web and/or app development
  • Must be available for a full-time, office-based position in Kolkata
