Job Description

We are looking for a creative Junior Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling through video and basic proficiency in any editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

You will be responsible for editing short-form videos, adding music, text overlays, and transitions, and preparing engaging Meta Ad Creatives (Facebook & Instagram ads) that capture attention and drive results.

What You'll Do

● Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video ads for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

● Manage and organize media files, project timelines, and deliverables efficiently.

● Add background music, sound effects, voiceovers, and captions/text overlays.

● Adjust video color, lighting, and pacing for optimal ad performance.

● Export videos in correct formats and aspect ratios for Meta placements.

● Consult with stakeholders throughout the editing process.

● Ensure consistency in brand tone, color, and overall style across all video projects.

● Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to understand campaign goals and feedback.

● Stay updated on current social media video trends, editing tools, plug-ins and best practices for Meta ads.

What We're Looking For

● Experience: 1+ years in Video Editing.

● Education: Any (we value skill and creativity over formal credentials).

Software's:

● Premiere Pro

● DaVinci Resolve

● Final Cut Pro

● Requirements:

● Ability to add and sync audio, music, and text elements effectively.

● Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

● Ability to take feedback and adapt quickly.
