Were looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer with strong graphic design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling through visuals — combining motion, typography, and design aesthetics to create impactful digital content for marketing, product, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics, explainer videos, and product demos.
  • Create engaging visual content for websites, product interfaces, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and UX teams to translate ideas into visually compelling narratives.
  • Develop storyboards, style frames, and visual assets for videos and interactive elements.
  • Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for both static and motion projects.
  • Edit and enhance video footage with transitions, effects, and sound synchronization.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and motion assets.
  • Stay updated on emerging motion design trends, animation tools, and digital storytelling techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in motion graphics and graphic design.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Figma (preferred).
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Lottie animation tools and libraries (e.g., Lottie Bodymovin, After Effects plugin).
  • Solid understanding of composition, timing, color theory, and typography.
  • Experience creating animations optimized for web, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Excellent sense of visual storytelling, attention to detail, and design aesthetics.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience with 3D animation tools (Blender, Cinema 4D) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX motion design or interactive animations for digital products.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion design work.
