About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated
Network Engineer
to support and manage the client network infrastructure. The candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in network architecture, troubleshooting, and coordination with client stakeholders. This role requires deep understanding of
NICNET, LDAP, NKN, Parichay network connectivities
, and the ability to ensure seamless network operations for eOffice users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand, analyze, and support
    network architecture
    of eOffice-related projects.
  • Manage and troubleshoot connectivity issues related to
    NICNET, LDAP, NKN, Parichay networks
    .
  • Provide
    L2/L3 level support
    for network-related issues and coordinate with internal/external teams for resolution.
  • Configure, monitor, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs as required.
  • Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of the network infrastructure.
  • Act as a
    single point of contact (SPOC)
    for coordination with eOffice clients and technical stakeholders regarding network connectivity issues.
  • Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and issue-resolution processes.
  • Proactively monitor network performance and recommend improvements to avoid downtime.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–7 years
    of hands-on experience in
    network engineering
    and support.
  • Strong knowledge of
    TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, Load Balancers
    .
  • Practical exposure to
    LDAP authentication systems
    and
    government/public sector networks (NICNET, NKN, Parichay)
    will be highly preferred.
  • Experience in working with
    Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent devices
    .
  • Knowledge of
    network monitoring tools
    (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, etc.).
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Strong communication and client coordination skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent.
  • CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications
    preferred.
