Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Facilitate project meetings, daily stand-ups, and stakeholder updates.
  • Monitor project performance using KPIs and project dashboards.
  • Communicate project status, challenges, and risks to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Ensure projects comply with internal standards, governance processes, and client expectations.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and third-party consultants (if applicable).
  • Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills :

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, , Smartsheet).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and remote team collaboration.
  • Risk management and problem-solving expertise.
