: Senior .Net Fullstack Developer

The Team:.
The CIQ Pro Screening and Office teams support products allowing advanced functionality around data analytics and retrieval. This includes products within the CIQ Pro web platform as well as related Office add-ins. This team is comprised of experienced developers who are responsible for delivering foundational pieces that impact these major areas of the platform. What We're Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of strong experience in application development using Microsoft Technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
  • Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile, Test- driven development.
  • Strong command in .NET technologies: C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework, AJAX, .Net MVC, SOAP, WEB API/ Restful Services, HTML 5, CSS, XML/XSLT, JQuery, JavaScript-frameworks (Angular/ Durandal/ similar), TSQL (SQL Server) and query optimization techniques
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design, Cross-browser Compatibility, Responsive UI
  • Good understanding of Design Principles & excellent communication skills
  • Experience in integrating AI and machine learning-driven features into user-facing applications.
  • Nice to have – Knockout JS, ReactJs, requireJS, , Lodash, Typescript, VSTest/ MSTest/ nUnit

Preferred Qualifications

  • Application Developer with .NET, C#, Javascript and JQuery skills who will contribute in the application development of the product. Candidate should understand product vision and should be able to analyze requirements, design and implement enterprise level applications Follow Agile methodology and Scrum environment.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for effective application design and integration, including setting up and managing MCP servers.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Knowledge of Agentic framework for building scalable and robust applications.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog and Grafana.

What Would Give You An Edge

  • Experience with specific technologies such as Net Core, Redis and Containerization
  • Experience and understanding with EKS Deployments, Pods configurations and YAML.
  • Strong experience with C# development and the .NetFrameworks
  • Strong understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools
  • History of applying processes that help ensure high quality software such as using Test Driven Development, using unit testing to raise code coverage and experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment
  • Experience with developing and deployments of software as API's or frameworks
  • Experience with data access and service-related technologies including entity framework, ASP.NET Web API, WCF, and OData
  • Added advantage with experience on Dynamo DB
  • Experience deploying and managing production-grade AI pipelines in a cloud environment.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation
