Looking for an experienced Technical Architect with deep expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and ServiceMax . The role requires strong technical leadership, end-to-end solution design, and the ability to guide complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. This position will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design
- Define and own the overall architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and ServiceMax.
 - Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
 - Design integration architecture with ERP, eCommerce, and third-party applications.
 - Ensure designs follow Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and enterprise standards.
 
Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural oversight across multiple Salesforce and ServiceMax projects.
 - Guide development teams on configuration, customization, and advanced development (Apex, LWC, APIs).
 - Conduct design and code reviews to maintain quality and performance.
 - Define DevOps, CI/CD, and release management strategies for multi-cloud projects.
 
Integration & Data Strategy
- Lead design of real-time and batch integrations using APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica).
 - Define data migration, synchronization, and master data management strategies.
 - Optimize data architecture across Salesforce and ServiceMax environments.
 
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders on Salesforce and ServiceMax capabilities.
 - Lead technical workshops, architecture review boards, and solution validation sessions.
 - Establish architectural governance frameworks and technical standards.
 - Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
 
Innovation & Roadmap
- Stay up to date with Salesforce and ServiceMax product roadmaps and emerging technologies.
 - Recommend accelerators, reusable components, and architectural improvements.
 - Evaluate AppExchange and third-party solutions for fitment into enterprise architecture.
 
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience, including 5+ years as a Technical Architect.
 - Proven expertise in:
 - Sales Cloud – lead-to-cash, forecasting, CPQ knowledge preferred.
 - Commerce Cloud (B2B LWR) – storefront design, APIs, order management, headless commerce.
 - Experience Cloud – partner/customer portals, community design, authentication, and personalization.
 - ServiceMax – work orders, entitlements, dispatching, preventive maintenance, mobile/offline capabilities.
 - Hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.
 - Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.).
 - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
 - Strong knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and governor limits.
 - Experience leading multi-cloud Salesforce implementations at enterprise scale.
 - Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
 
Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (CTA track highly desirable).
 - Salesforce Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud certifications.
 - ServiceMax Certified Architect/Consultant.
