Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can apply)

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Manufacturing Associate with a background in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or Lifesciences or anyone from science background. The role involves supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and contributing to the production of high-quality diagnostic/research products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out routine manufacturing activities as per SOPs and GMP guidelines.
  • Perform sample preparation, testing, and documentation.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory/manufacturing equipment.
  • Assist in batch preparation, labelling, and packaging activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and report deviations immediately.
  • Support process improvements and participate in internal audits.
  • Collaborate with the quality and R&D teams for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of laboratory/microbiology/biochemistry techniques.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO standards (preferred).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
