Job Title: Jewellery CAD Designer

Experience Required: 1–4 years

Location: Andheri East SEEPZ ( Mumbai )

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality 3D CAD models of jewellery designs using software such as Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or 3Design.
  • Develop detailed CAD drawings for manufacturing, including stone setting, weight calculation, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with the design team to convert hand sketches/concepts into accurate CAD models.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective.
  • Modify and revise existing CAD models based on feedback from designers or clients.
  • Maintain a library of CAD designs and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Stay updated with new CAD tools, jewellery design trends, and manufacturing techniques.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or other jewellery CAD software.
  • Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and gemstone jewellery manufacturing processes.
  • Attention to detail with a good sense of aesthetics, proportion, and finishing.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with design and production teams.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Jewellery Design, CAD, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant experience in jewellery CAD designing.

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in fine jewellery / diamond jewellery / export house / manufacturing setup.
  • Understanding of international jewellery trends and market requirements.
