Thisrole is responsible for delivering actionable financial insights, ensuringrigorous budget management, and supporting data -driven decision -making acrossthe organization. The Manager will oversee end -to -end financial planningprocesses, ensure donor and compliance requirements are met, and drivecontinuous improvement in financial operations and reporting. Roles and ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Forecasting:·       Develop and maintain comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and varianceanalyses for ongoing projects and new initiatives·       Conduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support strategicdecision -making·       Monitor revenue projections, expense tracking, and cash flow forecasting inalignment with organizational goals·       Prepare rolling forecasts and quarterly business reviews to inform leadershipon financial performanceGrant & Donor Financial Management:·       Oversee grant budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance for Global HealthProjects -funded initiatives·       Prepare, review, and submit donor financial reports, invoices, and forecasts inaccordance with grantor requirements·       Ensure full grant compliance: maintain documentation, support due diligence,conduct internal audit preparations, and coordinate external donor audits·       Advise program and technical teams on allowable costs, budget utilization, andfinancial risk mitigation strategiesFinancial Analysis & Insights:·       Analyze financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), andoperational metrics to identify trends and opportunities·       Build financial models and dashboards to track project profitability, resourceallocation, and cost -effectiveness·       Provide executive -level financial analysis and recommendations to supportstrategic planning·       Support cost -benefit analysis and return -on -investment (ROI) assessments fornew projectsBudget Management financial analysis and forecasts to senior management and board -levelstakeholders.Skills & ExpertiseEducation·       Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relateddiscipline (Qualifications like MBA -Finance, CA or CFA are required)Professional Experience·       Minimum 4 to 5 years' experience in financial planning, analysis, or publicgrant management, preferably with international development organizations,Start -ups, NGOs, or mission -driven organizations·       Proven experience with donor/grant financial management, compliance reporting,and audit preparation·       Demonstrated expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and varianceanalysis·       Experience with project -based accounting and cost allocation methodologiesTechnical Skills·       Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, datavisualization, and financial modeling)·       Strong experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books) or ERPsystems·       Proficiency with business intelligence tools or BI dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar) is advantageous·       Experience with project management or grant management software is
